What does soundproofing mean?

Impressive! Good Video and good photo to show the car soundproofing installation. So, we now know the process of soundproofing installation. I want to know
1. How long the installation will take for this full soundproof HRV?
2. How many weight will gain after installation?

1. It needs 8 hours to complete the full car soundproofing installation with 4 installers. It is a lots of jobs indeed.
2. The weight added is about 40kgs. Not so heavy as STP Premium line products (Aero series) are used. Lighter and better performance.
