I am looking for an entreprenuer to take over my Japanese restaurant business which has operated 3 years. It has seating capacity of 50 to 60. We didnt apply for halal cert but it is certainly no alcohol and no lard: and we do have regular malay customers.

The business has been running steadily with minimal supervision. I am now visiting the restaurant for management meeting only once every 1-2 months. Positive cash flow every month and you can realistically expect breakeven in your investment in 1 to 2 years without doing anything extra. And you definitely can do better if you love F&B business and would like to do more.

The restaurant is located in Selangor area. It is not a franchise so it means you have your own freedom in your business development. The restaurant already have staff and manager in place to run the operations.

The reason why I am looking for people to take over is because I have a full time job in Singapore, and I may relocate to London in the coming months/ years. I think it is too remote to manage the business then.
