you could have set your paypal to charge your credit card in foreign currency, which you should because paypal's conversion rate is very bad as compare to banks.

What makes you think that One Card has any category for online and get 5% cash back?

To answer to your question, I supposed VOX will entitle you to 5% cash rebate but I guess you will need to buy a lot of tickets or buy Gold Class. One needs to spend at least RM 50 per online transaction to get the cash back. Anything less than RM 50 will not be entitled.

Suspect the got sales quota to achieve. Product knowledge also not competent. Told me PRVI card have cash back of 10% for petrol. When i ask them to show me proof, they send the pic of $mart rebates of UP TO 10% from selected merchants.

smart$ will be accumulated when you use your cc at participating merchants, and you may use it as cash to fully/partially redeem for bhp petrol, gsc movies, etc.
