I applied UOB VOX via UOB internet banking portal as I am holding another UOB cc now. I thought this will be very easy application as like other cc since it is direct application to the bank. What make me very shocking is it took me a month and yet there is no news. The other cc I applied simultaneously Ie HSBC VS is in my wallet 2 weeks already. I contact the uOB CS as I was told there is no application according to there system. But I am very worry of fraud case. I double confirm with the CS and yes he told me there aren't any application in the system and he suggest me to reapply. Subsequently I lodge a complaint and they further investigate and found out that they has missed out my application somewhere and they will process again without filling any further document. What a joke Just to let everyone know this is one of the possible outcome for cc application.

Hi. I received a call from UOB stated that my VOX card is on the way. May I confirm with expert here again, for the RM 50 cash back... 1)it is base on calendar month. 2)must spend RM 50 and above online each transaction 3)spend once in a calendar month to offset the AF 4) cash back is base on transaction date Correct me if I am wrong...
What is the minimum amount spend to get Max RM 50 cash back? Eg WISe card spend 985 (instead of 1000) to get max cash back. PBB VS spend 834 to get max cash back.

QUOTE(gastacopz @ Feb 11 2016, 07:44 AM) May I know how long they process your application? They took 7 weeks to process my application! Can't believe as I am holding other UOB cc as well. So it shouldn't be so long. I made 3 complaints in total as the application process was too long.

QUOTE(ieverythings @ Apr 8 2016, 08:50 PM) hi guys, my uob one card kena charged annual fees rm168 and they did not allow to waive. So i request for cancellation. If cancellation is approved, i also need to clear the annual fees right ? If no transaction after the AF being charged, then you don't need to pay AF. The AF is charge for next one year.
