Then it could be a delay for you. I have received my cash back for UniFi paid via OCC UniFi in March cash back. So no worries for the rest I supposed.
*
So thats mean uob is not posting cashback for all card member in the same time? Some get delay and some get early.

I thought it will be credit to all card member in one shot

Let see how for next week.

5% rebate for Feb not in yet but got the RM10.36 CAMPAIGN CASH CREDIT
any idea what is this? I remember I only sign up for the 8% paypal promotion.
but 8% for RM465.47 is around RM37, so might not be the one.

Campaign cash credit is the monthly 5% cash back lo.
Also, why did you include your March transactions into the calculation?
You should dig out all your Feb transactions la. This statement only has one on 23rd Feb, how about from 1st to 22nd Feb, any other transactions?
*
well, I just received my card around Feb 20, this is all the transaction i have tongue.gif
RM10.36 while my Feb only RM51.06 on posonline? rclxub.gif

Then, you will need to find out with CS, how was it calculated. Well, if you said you only had one transaction in Feb, then clearly you got more but bank is not stupid too. There must be something somewhere. laugh.gif
*
in this case, then better keep quite devil.gif

btw, 5% rebate desc is CAMPAIGN CASH CREDIT, what about 0.3% desc? also the same name?
it will need to accumulate >=RM5 then only they credit in, right?

0.3% cash back will only appear together in your statement. It will be shown as "cash rebate".
Yeah, that was mentioned in the T&C but I did receive even if it is below RM 5.
Please bear in mind, the 0.3% is based on your last statement's transactions. So you could only see it in your second statement.
Yes. First to the last day of the month.
If you check out your statement, UOB has no posting date, all is transaction dates.
Posting date only shows in unbilled transactions.
*
when the actual campaign like the 20% last time, how it will be display as ? also the same description?

btw, if you want to check posting date, can check via
Banking & Account >Account Summary> Credit Card > Select your CC >
>Account Statement Enquiry > Select any period (Current statement /Last statement / custom period) > Submit

posting is needed for checking foreign transaction rate.

Is this proven to be not true, or TNB via payonline is now no longer eligible?
*
TNB via payonline will show Tenaga National Berhad instead of UOB-Payonline.
Maybe because the payonline is by UOB so it can retrieve that info.

anyway, my sister cashback for TNB via payonline is received on 28 Mar, so is entitle for the 5%

I have an unauthorized wallet fund adding transaction done in PSN for RM500 via my linked paypal account which linked to VOX. I quickly change my PSN password and call PSN customer service to open the case for a refund. This will take them 3-5 working days.

So my question is, will this RM500 used up my Apr cashback quota? Apr cashback is pay by 28 May, so as long as the RM500 is refunded by 30 Apr I believe the RM500 will not block my quota, right?

If the RM500 refund on May, in my June posting will they deduct RM25 from my cashback?

yes, hopefully they refund within this month to avoid complication.
*
yes, better refund by Apr 30
too bad that my statement date is 13th, which is before the 3-5 working day Sony promised. Which mean my statement amount will including the RM500.

If can get by Apr 30, then will have no complication + don't need to pay that RM500

OT:  So far as I know  the Price from KINOKUNIYA Webstore quite  Expensive, sometimes we can get Cheaper Price at http://www.bookdepository.com

& they accept RM now...!!!

Thanks for the links. Too bad the book i want to order is chinese manga. It Is not available in bookdepository, will look on it for some english books.

If require TAC to perform transactions, most likely fall under online transactions.
*
The webstore do not have TAC. it didnt charge the card when you submit order. It will only charge the card when the book are ready to dispatch. I believe they are using CC terminal to manual charge the card based on your CC information you submitted.

Is it possible to use CC terminal by inputing cc information without any chip connect? If yes, i think this might consider non- online ?

btw, if you want to check posting date, can check via
Banking & Account >Account Summary> Credit Card > Select your CC >

The datagrid will show both transaction and posting date. Just that posting date will not show when they generate the statement pdf

I have an unauthorized transaction of RM500 from paypal Sony.
Sony already refund me the RM500.
But too bad the transaction of debiting RM500 fall before my statement date and the refund fall after my statement date.

This end up I have extra rm500 in my statement balance and refund of RM500 in my unbilled transaction.
I don't need to pay that RM500 in this case, right?
*
QUOTE(cybpsych @ Apr 21 2016, 01:54 PM)
dont have to pay. if i'm not mistaken, uob is not too strict on this.

same happen to my Vox. wrongly-charged amount is in current statement, but the refund amount is in unbilled.
i just pay whatever outstanding. so far, no finance charge.
CIMB however must die-die pay statement balance, else kena charge.
*
QUOTE(cybpsych @ Apr 21 2016, 02:38 PM)
my idea is the same. that's why i only paid the difference. just be mindful on cimb smile.gif
*
My statement is out and get financial charge of RM5.4 because of this.
Called to CS and CS said will waive for me, and can expected to see to waive for this charges in 2 working days.
This charges is because the paypal refund is not consider a "payment" to a card.

I wonder if this will affect my CCRIS record?

i did post a follow-up on this in UOB topic biggrin.gif already confirmed refund is not considered a "payment". all fees successfully waived immediately nonetheless  thumbup.gif
*
So whenever there is a transaction refund and fall in next statement, we will need to prepare call CS in next statement. If it is small refund amount, i think i will pay it to avoid hassle.

QUOTE(fruitie @ May 14 2016, 10:01 AM)
It will affect CCRIS your record only if you don't make any payment to bank.

Ok. Noted. Thanks for the info
