Paid Unifi with Vox card via UOB Payonline by inserting the account number under Telekom Malaysia. Got an email from UOB saying payment accepted but it's not reflected on the Unifi OCC portal even after 2 days. Is this normal or it's not possible to pay Unifi on UOB Payonline?

It's normal, it takes 2-3 days. See if your outstanding amount is reduced in OCC UniFi?Can pay with UOBPayOnline. Though for easier payment, I will suggest one straight pay from OCC UniFi and also can get cash back with VOX. |

Wanted to pay through OCC but for some reason the payment page wouldn't load the other day, so I tried Payonline instead. Thanks for letting me know. Also weird, my cards now do not appear on the UOB online banking website. Can't even check my transactions. Can pay with UOBPayOnline. Tried an hour ago and it works. |

QUOTE(cybpsych @ Mar 9 2016, 08:03 AM) just in case anyone of you wanted to change the Bill Dates for Vox: Thank you for your reply, cybpsych.available dates are: 3 13 14 15 16 17 21 23 24 25 26 as usual, payment due date = bill date (above) + 20-days. Good for those who to plan cc repayment vs salary So, there is no available statement date on around 7th of each month. Sigh. I am hoping to have payment due date around the end of each month. QUOTE(cybpsych @ Mar 9 2016, 08:21 AM) yep, did the internet banking when collecting the card at branch. estatement is default, no more hardcopy. For you all who has UOB VOX Card, do most of you all prefer to pay the credit card bill via IBG from other bank, and thus choose not to have a saving account in UOB?I am still deciding whether to open a basic saving account in UOB or not. |

Yes, IBG. Else I will need to have a lot of savings account. That said I have savings account with CIMB and AmBank, I still don't use them to pay my CIMB and AmBank credit cards because I don't store much fund there.I am still deciding whether to open a basic saving account in UOB or not. "5% Online Rebate is calculated based on calendar month"
Does this means the 5% online rebate and limit will be calculated from 1st-30th/31st of the month regardless of the statement date? Does it follow transaction or posting date? |

QUOTE(besiegetank @ May 22 2016, 11:04 PM) "5% Online Rebate is calculated based on calendar month" Yes, first to the last day of the month regardless of the statement date, you won't get it in the same month though, it will be posted only in next month.Does this means the 5% online rebate and limit will be calculated from 1st-30th/31st of the month regardless of the statement date? Does it follow transaction or posting date? Well well, I have said this few times... For UOB, you can only see transaction date and posting date in your unbilled transaction. In your statement, you will only see transaction date, so safe to say it follows transaction date. However, don't take my words for granted, please avoid doing transactions at the end of the month. |

QUOTE(besiegetank @ May 22 2016, 11:16 PM) Noted, thanks fruitie for the prompt reply! Well, if you don't have anything to purchase, you don't need to purposely max it up. Guess I need to max up the rebate before this month ends So long, you do one transaction every statement cycle, then you don't need to pay for the admin charges. |
