Hi all,

Just a quick check. If my VOX card was approved on 24th April, my cashback quota for the month of Apr will be from 25-30 Apr, and subsequently reflected in May statement right?

I'm wondering if there is "1st statement issue" that PB Visa Signature cardholders face, in which the incomplete monthly cycle is combined with the next complete cycle. I suppose not since the VOX cashback is based on calendar month, but not statement month?

Appreciate your kind feedback on this. Thanks!

Yes, the cash back quota was from 25-30th April and will be posted by end of this month.

Yes, based on calendar month, it will not combine with next complete cycle.

Only in unbilled transaction date you can see posting and transaction date. In statement, you can only see transaction date. I guess safe to say it follows transaction date.

Most probably is transaction date since got LYN member post not getting the CB when posted to following month. Anyway, this month I happened to have such transaction. Next month only know the result. Haha

Got charged for my UOB VOX due to no usage in my last statement cycle.

I already expected it to be charged actually. laugh.gif

Nevertheless, I still called to clarify if it follows calendar month or statement month. I was actually expecting the CS to tell me it is based on statement month but she put me on hold for quite long to check with her manager. Her manager's answer is calendar month! So she said it's a system issue and will straight submit for waiver request. laugh.gif

Actually this is not mentioned in the TnC, so it gives customers a chance to argue. laugh.gif I did use once on 7th April which was previous cycle. laugh.gif

Today my call was picked up instantly and very pleasant experience.

As above. Monthly charges are charged if no use during statement cycle but CS and her manager insisted it should be calendar month and claimed it was a glitch in the system so they straight waived for me even before I asked. laugh.gif

edwardccg, finally managed to link both my VOX and CIMB CR to Taobao. laugh.gif

Goodness, my payment to Amazon kept getting declined. doh.gif They only accept credit card payment and no option for PayPal. cry.gif Looks like I will need to call UOB later. Anybody has experience with Amazon? Does it accept our cards? Rightfully it does...

Auto-debit nope. Use those we shared on first post. No need to wait till weekends. You meant VOX right?

Anyway, superb service from UOB. I just received their call regarding my Amazon transactions. They asked me to retry again. Let's see will be declined again or not.

if online payment, better u have VOX, 5%

for ONE CC, u have to pay it manually in weekend to get 2% CB.
Autodebit cant choose weekday or weekend.
