Yesterday I call CS to check on the shipment status of my replacement card and I asked the CS regarding the 1 swipe per month criteria. CS told me it's based on statement mth. If you statement is 24th of the month, the will count from 24th to 23rd next month, if there is transaction performed within this period, then they wont charge you RM6.36. Hope that it clarify our confusion!  biggrin.gif

Yes, the 0.3% is unlimited. Even if you have spent more than RM 1k on online transactions, you still get 0.3% for those transactions beyond RM 1k.
*
If I spend RM1000 on online, I'll get RM53.

Just to update on SMS transaction alert request form. Like reported by others, I can confirm that emailing the form works. UOB didn't send my any acknowledgement on that, but I manage to receive SMS alerts since then.

I'm not sure if other cards sharing the same credit limit will also receive SMS alerts with only 1 form request (for 1 card) sent in though, given that my other cards are kept in the drawer.
*
Does Online Transactions (under VOX) which requires OTP still send SMS Transaction Alert ?
According to the UOB CS, all "card not present" transactions will get SMS transaction alert... but the 2 online transaction I did with UOB VOX doesn't trigger any SMS.

UOB Balance Transfer (many years ago) has this flaw that you can't pay early, you can't pay late, you need to pay on the actual date to avoid late interest/early settlement fee.

Of course the Late Interest possibly could be waived ...unsure

can, just pay normal like paying your cc bill. pay before due date on your final instalment will do and no early settlement fee shall be incurred.
*
You must pay on the due date, not earlier not later (asked a few CS at that time). Cause my Due Date fall on CNY holidays.

b) 0.3% cash rebate on all other retail spend.
Note: For the cash rebate category of retail spend, if the accumulated cash rebates awarded for both principal and supplementary UOB VOX Card (combined) for the calendar month is RM5 or more (or such amount that UOBM may decide at its absolute discretion), the cash rebate will be credited in the current month and reflected in the following month’s Statement of Account. If the accumulated cash rebates awarded for both principal and supplementary UOB VOX Card (combined) for the calendar month is less than RM5, such amount will be brought forward to the following month for accumulation.

This means The 0.3% rebate need to collect until RM5.00 only will be credited ??? That's a minimum spend of RM1666.67 shocking.gif rclxub.gif

Another case of mismatch T&C vs System logic...
