btw, i think  gastacopz need to be know that vox 5% cb only for transaction rm50 n above.
He/she seems to hv made a lot of online purchase but below rm50.... wasted  ohmy.gif  ohmy.gif

Nah, no problem.
Yes, I forgot to mention about that, I was supposed to type it but eventually didn't.
gastacopz, you won't get any 5% cash back for transactions below RM 50.
You better get a CIMB CR if you haven't, all my online transactions below RM 50 are charged to that card.

Cash rebate of 28c is your 0.3% of last month's statement. I posted earlier about this: https://forum.lowyat.net/index.php?showtopi...post&p=79055572

For 5% VOX cash back, it's usually posted by end of the following month if their system behaves, else it's early of the month (next 2 months), if it doesn't.

For the reversed charges, if it's reduced already in your outstanding amount, then you can just pay without it but if it doesn't, then you will need to avoid interest.
*
bold part, if the reversed shown in the next few days, then no need to pay, is that what u meant?

Yes, if it's reversed, your outstanding amount will be reduced later.

Use UOB cards on Tuesdays in Lazada and get discount. laugh.gif

CIMB CR is also not really a bad card, my transactions below RM 50, my Uber, Grab and Google Play Store all attached to this card.
Check out this thread and you may bring the relevant discussion there.

Yes, you can. I'm a great example. laugh.gif Well, it's still up to the bank to approve or not lo.

Well, if that's the case you can always reduce the amount before paying. If UOB charges you for penalty, you can always argue it's reversed.

CIMB is weekends actually.

Anyway, post that in CIMB thread.

you will be surprised that in your next month's statement, not only that you will not receive 0.3% for all your purchases in this month, but you will further be charged, meaning that your cash rebate column will be DR instead of CR.

yes, when they reversed out the 3k transaction, they will also charge back the 0.3% of the 3k. i kena before last time.

but after i view back his statement, i think uob have not rewarded him the 0.3% cb for the 3k transaction. so they have nothing to charge back and so he is safe. lol...

Well, the truth is the RM 3k's 0.3% will only be shown in next statement and not this statement. smile.gif

my case with uob is kind of isolated and unlucky and it happened on my uob one card.

as you know, uob one card gives cb on the same month statement. so there's once i swiped a total of rm1.5k accumulated transactions and maximised my grocery cb for my uob one card.

but when i received my statement, i saw that my final rm500 transaction was charged twice, meaning that 2k was charged instead of 1.5k. so actually i have maximised my grocery cb before the duplication came in.

the cb was rewarded to me for 1.5k (although 2k was charged) because the maximum entitlement is for 1.5k only. but after i filed the dispute and got the duplicated transaction reversed, they also reversed out the cb for the rm500 which i never received at all (due to max of 1.5k achieved).

so in the end means that i spent 1.5k but i only received cb for 1k. my cb for rm500 spending just gone like that due to their stupid system.

i called to a few uob cs and explained to them but they don't understand. they told me they will ask the cb dept to call me back but they never did. mad.gif vmad.gif

Well, too bad then. UOB CS are not so proficient and that's why I got free TWG voucher from them. laugh.gif That aside, if I were you I will make a complaint to BNM and let their manager to deal with me directly. biggrin.gif

and what makes me more angry was that the final rm500+rm500 was swiped for the week 2 of the 20% campaign. i thought it's a weekly 20% (weekly rm200 cb) but actually it's just 20% max (rm200 max) for the whole campaign, which i already maximised in week 1 (rm200).

so not only i didn't get the 20% for the campaign, but i also didn't get the grocery 1% cb as well. mad.gif vmad.gif

1% of rm500 is rm5 only wor... really need to go until bnm meh? lol...

Payment type is credit card payment.
Not really a third party transfer, third party transfer in M2U is for within the same bank. You should interbank transfer a.k.a. GIRO and choose UOB.
