Eating out takes a lot of time.
Driving, stuck in traffic. Finding car park, walking, waiting to order, waiting for food, walking again, walk to car driving, stuck in traffic again......

If you have time to eat out, you have time to cook at home.

And if you organize properly, few hour of prep can prepare meal for the whole week already.

Weekday schedule to pack less time to prep, but normally bfast still can la... only lunch for now. After work rush gym, finish also 8pm+ already with the jam somemore.

You dont really need heavy dinner as your body would not fully utilise/burn all the calories you earn from it. Your body will gointo hibernatin mode when you go to bed.

Just light salad or servings of fruits will do.

Hi Guys,

Ever since into fitness, I find very hard to spend time prep meal daily. Except Bfast and lunch easier to handle.

Any suggestion where to eat during dinner. Affordable and not too expensive.

Usually for dinner will eat like a Nandos, Roasted Chicken Breast , fruits & nuts snacks.. hmm.gif  hmm.gif

hi, from your prev post can see that you are taking very heavy dinner...well, typical malaysian with busy lifestyle. rewards yourself after hectic day. :

imho and experience, eating outside can be healthy too, if u make the correct choices. for example, simple zhap fan, rice, vege and meat, no problem..be careful with the sauces and the cooking way..fried is not healthy, braised with high calories also, in the end, the simpler the healthier

Eating a burger before bedtime won't make you fat. Focus on the AMOUNT of food (Calories) rather than the TYPE. If your main concern right now is just losing/gaining weight. Keep it balanced.

If you can't squeeze 2 hours a week to prep your meal, then too bad, stay where you are.

Try this,

Breakfast - Oats with cranberries, raisins or nuts

Lunch - Broccoli, Spinach, 2 Fish or Chicken ( I have 2 breast meat chicken) take alternate days, prep morning, just steam it, no oil.

Dinner - after workout, Whey protein isolate, 5-6 kampung eggs OR Salad, no thousand island or mayo sauce. balsamic vinegar - buy at supermarkets.

Snack - nuts or fruits. portion would be - one hand full..

Try that for 2 months. you will shed your fat.

Depending what you are eating in the morning. As long as you don't exceed your calorie, you can even eat some mix rice.
