Why my pc sometime will freeze at there and restart it or sometime it only will hang at there?
Any solution?

what do you mean by "at there"? stuck at the boot screen? windows logo?

It seems to me that your computer might be having hardware issues.

Will it "freeze" when you are doing other stuff like running Words, Excel etc. ?

Which browser that you are using?
Any overheat issue?
If can maybe provide the specs of your system?

Definitely a RAM issue. Or your CPU is overheating. Check your CPU and Chasis fans.

You may replace to a new SSD and do a windows clean install to your new SSD. The old harddisk may no longer healthy and not suitable to install Windows system anymore. You may need to take it out to make it as external harddisk or backup harddisk.

That s warning signs .

if your pc is more than 5 years old then components are ready to fail anytime .
Back up all your important stuff as soon as possible .

1. buy a SSD change out the HD if not yet done . Reinstall windows .

2. Than Wait ... see if its stable .
