I am a big fan of Terry, but it is the decision that is best for the club. He isn't any young anymore and he definitely does not have the pace and stamina to win the likes of Bale, Messi.
If this piece of news is true, sad to see him leave. Been watching him since 2000. It's not going to be the same Chelsea anymore, but we will be better and stronger! |

Heard over the radio said we are going to confirm Conte as our boss in ten days. His contract with Italian national team will end after EURO 2016.

Ref is part and parcel of the game. I wouldn't blame them for costing us the game if the players put in more effort into winning the game. Why putting responsibility to ref when the responsibility is on the player? If the players are hunger for better success, I don't think we would settle for 1-0. We would do the run on the park and score for fun during the 90 minutes.
Miazga and Pato signed but I have not seen them feature in any PL. I was hoping to see Miazga to feature in Stoke game, allowing him to experience the pace of Premier League at worst. As for Pato, I had no idea if he is lacking match fitness or Hiddink have better plans for him. Honestly no idea why are we signing/loaning players that passed their prime. Hazard seem to have decided to settle in London. One less issue we need to take care of. And the other would be the Chelsea throne. Not sure how Conte can fit into us as I heard very little about him. The only success story I heard about him was reforming Juventus back to title challenger. UCL, I am not putting so much hope. So win or lose is not really a big thing for me. As we are in rebuilding/restructing phase (ala excuse to accept some loses this season), I have already putting this season behind me. I only expecting we can qualify for Europa league at the very least for next season. |

Transitional period guys. Do not expected highly on positive results. I have set my eyes on FA Cup for this season and that's the last cup we can look forward to. BPL, just climb as high as possible. Not going to expect them to go for Europa spot. Just win the FA Cup and get auto qualified for Europa or UEFA.

QUOTE(kucingmainan @ Mar 10 2016, 02:04 PM) Here come the era of pre roman once again. brace yourself young fans. this will be a long and bumpy ride. Without the main man in Chelsea, the team is very demotivating. First Drogba, then Lampard, Cech and now Terry. I do not know who these players who listen to when Terry is no longer with us on next season. We are lacking senior players. Senior players that have the influence like our legends. prediction for next season: - top 5 finish. - hazard shipped to neutralise the losses. - oscar might stay as we dont have the buying power due to no UCL. - might do well in fa and league cup as we dont have the distraction of europe competition. *list to be update. I foresee major overhaul for next season, which is a good thing for transitional period. I think we are holding long enough for a overhaul. I'm hoping to see these following; - Promote youth to first team, create our class of 92. What's the point of spending big? The players will only play for money instead of club. Maldini, Giggs, Totti are a few good examples. - Let players who play for money leave. Be it 3-4 players, half squad or major overhaul. Don't want to see players who are playing in blue shirt without the heart set on the club. - Get a manager and stick with him. There are no other manager who can stay longer than 4 years since Roman era. Frankly speaking, I'm getting annoyed of that. Players can't gel with gaffer, nor can gaffer get to know the players better. - Let the manager decide who to buy. How many times our transfer policies were being interrupt by the likes of Abramovich and Emenalo. Let the manager have to final decision of who he should sign because he will know best which players he want. - Renew Terry's contract until we have the next Mr Chelsea. The list can go on and on. |
