I hope the Telegraph story about conte being told to work with what he's got and only be allowed a few tweaks / signings to the team is true. I'm with you in believing that certain youngsters are already banging on the first team door,and wholesale changes to the squad is not the way to go.

Traore and kenedy are two prime examples of talents who need to be nurtured. While RLC needs to improve his workrate,any form of admonishment needs to be done in private and not in a public interview with some random reporter. I think that definitely gives the wrong impression that young players aren't allowed to make mistakes,and can potentially destroy confidence altogether.

There's a lot of talk of conte being handed a 'rebuilding' job,but I think it's more about getting the best out of our current personnel.

Having said that,players who aren't willing to fight to claw their way back into the top four should be moved on. We just need to look at what leicester has achieved,regardless of where they finish this season. We don't need 11 superstars to be competitive. We just need lots of determination,heart and discipline.

Call me crazy, but I think we are going to win tonight's match against Everton easily. Goodison Park is no longer a fortress anymore, their defensive unit is rattled. Hazard, Willian, Pedro and Traore/Costa are going to be causing them troubles to no end.

Would love to win the game in a controversial way as well, maybe another offside goal against them in our favour ?
