Hahahaha , i though if u know him , then u can ask him to avoid let people say his poodle look pity or sumthing bad about him lor.

You will only know the breeder is good if you have seen his dogs.... don't judge by how the guy talks or chat, judge by how his dogs look.

Yes, the way he hold the pups are wrong..... may look cute but wrong. Wet look... pups dirty loh. I don't see any grooming on them also, a few are liver coloured poodles instead of red poodles.

It is a pure colour.... just not called Red poodle.... it is a chocolate colour.

True, that's why it is important to pay the breeder a visit, if u r serious in getting one pupppy from them.

pictures are deceiptful . U might see a different pup at the breeder's place ... hehe. That's wud i experienced.

Pictures can lie.... the best is going to a breeder.... but I guess many also do not see the true breeder since there are agents selling puppies at their own place, kind of like conning people to think they are the breeder..... So the best is paying a visit to the "seller". Look at his home, look at how he house the puppies, look at the food quality, look at both parents and also the rest of the puppies. View the cage, view the area they live in and check the fur and physical condition of the pup.

It takes patience and time when choosing a pup and also breeder. Poodles always look fluffy but if you feel the body, you can easily tell if the dog is under weight or sickly... many people still do not know how to choose well, I once carried one but it was so thin and skinny, I felt so sad... the fur made him look fat and chubby but once you touch the body.... all bones.

oh so liver nose is actually a chocolate la.. but black 1s are reds..

Yups... easy to tell a pure Chocolate is that it has no black on the body. Everything is brown or dark brown.... other colours should not have liver noses.... sometimes Apricot will have but it is not a desirable trait.

chocolate is nice too.. so the seller is actually selling chocolate toy lo.. not red toy..
also i saw some red toys got abit of pink on its nose.. but the overall is black.. is it acceptable on red toy anot? some got dots of pink somemore. kinda look cute lol.

wad about shih tzu? my relative had a shih tzu with REALLY pINK NOSE!

Yah... it is chocolate....

Shih tzus can have liver colour also but the standard name is not called Chocolate lah.

Other poodles should not have pink noses. All should have black but the Chocolate must have liver nose.

Eye rim and lips.... aiyoh.... where do people apply eye liner? Around the eyes rite? Then you apply lipstick at where? Your lips right...? Dogs also same thing lah.

Poodles should not have blue eyes. The blue eyes is only when puppies but it will fade and become dark eyes when 4 months old.... if it doesn't fade, it means the eyes not standard already.

Hahaha... not make up lah, those are examples for you to know where are eye rims and lips.....

The pink comes from pigmentation.... not standard loh. Genetics...

Hi everyone! Just got my new poodle today. Heh. Her name's Tiara and I (or rather, my sister) have snapped some quick shots of her.





Sorry for the blur images. Like I said, they're some quick shots.

She's almost 3 months old, super active and is very alert. Also, she's extremely curious and loves to grab onto the end of my jeans. Heh.

Will try to take more clearer pictures of her next time.
