Aku rasa redone ni tipu customer. Sbb aku subscribe 3gb data tp aku guna 2gb dah dpt msg dari redone ckp data dah habis. Nk menipu pun biar logik la. Kitaorang taklah bengong sangat. Semua hp ada meter data usage. Dan mmg aku set dari 1 januari. Arini baru 2.1gb guna dah slow dan dpt sms dari hq korang. Dah 2 bulan mcmni.

U confirmed u had subscribed 3gb? Maybe you should call cs or nearest agency to check your data if it had changed when you requested.

Maybe the dealer/agency you went forgot to upgrade yours.

Its truth actually. Me myself also always get the data exceed msg from redone, but when i check at *123# my quota haven reach yet and still maintain highspeed as well.

It is not cheat people. It's that people never read advertisement properly. It really is the chespest postpaid plan with rm8 commitment fee excluding gst per month.

Been using redone for over a year now. Didn't face your issue before. They always send reminders when you hit 70% of your quota. And you can check the usage using *123#. In my opinion redone is much better than crap Shitgi & fraudster Puxis. So this looks like a user problem.

I also have been using it for almost a year and I'm satisfied with it. Sometimes though, they send sms alert saying data used already maxed but its actually not. Always uses *123# to check.
