My office just bought a BP Machine. I use it just now. my reading is SYS 258, DIA 200 and PUL 78. What is it mean?

if you get this reading in hospital... the doctor will admit you to in to the hospital at least 5~7 days...

I always have a high BP, even when i was a kid. Last time i took BP when I was 14, my BP is 110/81. Doctor don't make a fuss about it. So i wonder if this reading is still in the OK zone.

for that reading, it is extreme high blood pressure patient and quite dangerous in the level to suffer stroke. it is better all that you may use another blood pressure meter(WE SELL BLOOD PRESSURE METER HERE) as a benchmark/reference first.
