i bought biostar 6100 am2, then i buy zalman fatal1ty fs-c77.. the shopkeeper say compatible. but i have problem installing it.. as the video installation guide shows 2 holes.. while my board has 4 holes... ( holes for installing the bracket)

can help me how to install ar ?

it doesn't support AM2 according to Zalman website.
Back to the shop and exchange for something else.

ya it dont support AM2, call that shop and told the boss that you want to exchange.. keep the reciept and make it on your next trip lo.

i should've bought scythe infinity with the rm250.. wat a silly mistake.. thx god i still kept the receipt.. i bought it at AllIt.. hrmmm

probably you should... btw infinity shouldnt cost that much.. get from forum also only RM200.00

errr... you try.. but personally i dont think ppl will trade their infinity for a zalman though the price is almost the same. just my 2 cents.. it is better to bring back the item and exchange.. you call them tomorrow. AllIt is a very big shop, sure they provide certain customer service.

if u really need it now u can try creat ur own bracket and screw it onto it, but not really recommended because din pass quality check
but u can try it if u really need it for emergency

about the bracket, just draw the design on paper. with all those dimension. any blacksmith can do it in no time.

no pro, dude... yes you need to call them. i already told them your case, they said their DIY ppl can help you in installing the zalman into am2. i dont know how they going to do it. probably you can call and see what they said. if cannot do it, remember to ask for exchange since it is THEIR fault for providing wrong info.

they got Thermaltake pipe 101 , CM hyper 48, gigabyte 3D cooler pro, arctic freezer, CM vortex dream.. ( taken from allit.com.my ) but all of it costs half from the zalman..

so i need to replace with arctic freezer ar ? still its halves the price of the zalman.. i should get a vga cooler with it too.. lolz

lol.... yeah, get a artic cooling silencer for ur gpu, then ur whole rig will be dam silent wan... neway yeah imo the artic freezer is much beter...and its so easy to install

The main problem i am having with my Fatal1ty Cpu cooler was the weak red light on the fan.It isnt really eye-catching and if a stronger red led was used, it would be much nicer...

should be compatible..... just get the right version....iirc the artic silencer 6 rev.2 can.
