gemfive does not show who is the actual seller right?

i've shopped in all 11strt, lazada, gemfive, shoppu, shopee, bemalas and many more.

so far gemfive is the most steady among all to me.

personal opinion tho.

Why most prefered gold? I find the grey one more cool/classy, and gold so ahBeng, sorry my preference only.

It still sell well. Xiaomi's official site one also sold out.

Ppl not confident enough with G5 will still get from mi.com

Gemfive just jeopardize some of the sale, but the official RM849 one still got no problem to sold out.

Can my order be cancelled or changed?
You may cancel or change your order if it has not been shipped yet.

To cancel your order, please email GEMFIVE Customer Service at cs@gemfive.com.my or ring us at +603 2714 1700.

We can only accept your cancellation request once we have confirmed that the order has not been shipped yet. We seek this verification from the merchant for your order as well as third party delivery partner and this confirmation process usually takes approximately 1 to 3 days.

What happens after I have cancelled my order?
Once your order cancellation has been reviewed and approved, you will be eligible for a refund of the amount paid. Alternatively, you may receive the refund in store credit.
If you wish to place a replacement order, please contact Customer Service.
