g5 is a disgrace compared to lazada. Said my rn3 will come 2 or 3 days. Now few days later still "acknowledged"

Waited for few days, my account in gemfive still says "Acknowledged". This is despite they sending an email saying item will arrive in 2 to 5 days.

Today, after getting fed up, I write to them, then only they write back....

G5 should be more responsible. Cannot blame the merchant. It is like you buy a brand new car, and the car tyre is pancit, but the car manufacturer ask you to go and chase the tyre company. Where got meaning?

If you sell something, you should be responsible. Now they tell me 3 weeks to refund my credit card. What if I need the refund urgently?
