My cousin placed an order ( some computer stuff ) in nov 2015. Item was out of stock. Cs email her asking her banking detail for refund purpose. She replied back the same day and received an confirmation email from gemfive. Unfortunately until now gemfive keep delaying the refund for no stated reason.
She called up kpdnkk to inquire about filling her case with e-Tribunal. The officer himself told her no surprise cos there is a already a handful of case filed against gemfive.
After she filed in her case and warn me about her experience....i have completely stop patronizing gemfive already. I had spend over RM5-6k previously and put it a stop now...
