Gemfive is really a nightmare. I ordered printer epson L455 from them on 7 january 2016, and waited patiently until last week still got nothing from them, and i started to call them to ask the update, and call after call, same answer given, just need to wait and wait for supplier to send. Yesterday i cl again, still same answer, they said they will ask from supplier. today i cl again, suddenly said supplier dont have stock and might need to refund back. farking piss me off, after 3 weeks of waiting, call after call, only now they told me they dont have it. this is nightmare and the worst online buying experience that i ever encountered. so dissapointed.
