I bought a phone from Gem5 too. No movement of the order for 1 week until I sent them an email telling them about my order. Received the phone the next day.

You won't be able to see exactly who is selling the phone to you so you should hurry up and follow up.

Try this as well, go to their Facebook page and drop a personal message to them with your case number. Tell them to check the status and follow up with the previously raised case since you still have not received any update.

Otherwise you might want to take their word for it since they said 2-5 working days from the 8th or April, it kind of means it might be shipped out any day this week. This is the only thing I don't like about Gemfive. Of all the online shopping sites I've used, this is the most responsive.

Though some of the more responsive ones sometimes respond with useless garbage too
