But when I want to proceed for another item, I have to wait for the coupon, which may limit one per one month period, or need to wait for tomorrow day.

Then, there are many coupon that cannot apply on thing that really want to buy.

On paper, it should be faster, because of Wireless N, which can reach 300Mbps.

The more faster standard is Wireless AC, which can reach 1100Mbps, but provided the connected device must also supporting the standard to benefit the speed.

Seems my Hisense 32" TV from GemFive arrived, at Sure Reach courier service.

Dunno if Chinese New Year week causing the slow delivery la, maybe too many item need to ship.

I can confirm 1st week won't get it la.

32“ Hisense TV


Already unbox this TV, plug in HDD and Bluray Player.
Everything is good.
The speaker sound actually amaze me, much louder than I thought, set the sound mode to music, everything can be heard crystal clear.
Bass also can be heard clearly.
Now, I still put it on the ground. The surface hardness affect the sound quality, as the speaker is down firing.

After tweaking the TV contrast and brightness, set the color temperature to cool, then set the TV aspect ratio to 1:1, then this is one of the best TV around.
Picture quality on par to those branded TV.
Viewing angle ok, color are natural,but black level is not good.
Lack all sort of motion flow stuff, all video displayed naturally.

It comes with 2 HDMI input, and 2 USB port.

As usual, it can play media from HDD, MKV, RMVB, AVI, MP4, AVI, Bluray format like M2TS,TP, no problem.
But the media player has flaws, cannot decode AC3/Dolby 5.1, DTS 5.1 in MKV, end up no sound on the video.
No problem on AAC or MP3 format.
It can display subtitle embedded into the MKV, can display correctly the Unicode Chinese Text , but the size is too small, you cannot change the size.
Then, it also cannot let you select the audio track if the MKV file which has more than one audio track.
Still, Bluray player is recommended for more powerful HDD media playback.

All in all, a very good TV on it's price, not something you might expect at this price.
If you ever won this TV for RM290, just grab it, you won't disappoint.

To be honest, Gem5 order and status updates are pretty bad.
No tracking number on apps and website for the order, and the status update is pretty bad.
Unlike Lazada, 11Street, no sms inform on delivery too.

I hope they improve in this area, at least let us know the status by email or show in website, without needing to call their CS.

This TV change my perception on China's TV brand.
It is not the cheap knock off brand.

It is much like Haier brand TV.

Yes, I do get a printed receipt without price, stating the shop detail, purchase detail, my name, and my address.
The purchase is from TBC ELEKTRIK Sdn. Bhd.

Then, another one is, the detail from the shipping bill, also can consider as receipt as well, stating the sender is Guoline eMarketing Sdn. Bhd., the company that operate GemFive.
Both receipt are inserted into a separated plastic cover that stick to the TV box. (see the picture's red color marked rectangle)
