you got your point... if Hyper 7 is not meant to compete with those high end heatsink, it should sell cheaper right?

TS, do u know the retail price for this heatsink? if below RM150, can buy but anything above that better go for other brand.

Offcourse they do, all those thermaltake, arctic cooling, thermalright and other brands also have their own engineers, then only thing that differs them is how good their engineers are, and for me, the best is still thermalright... smile.gif

I guess the noise won't be too audible if your casing in not placed on the table, if it's on the floor, I guess you can heardly hear the noise, I like the fan design, looks pretty and it does get the job done based on the benchmarks. Not too bad, only if the price is reasonable.

if place on the table less dust accumulates, but on the floor more dust is coming in ur case... so have to decide lor, less noise or less dust... for me less dust is the way, cause i'm so lazy cleaning up my case frequently...

Yeah, less dust is the way...
Why?

Think, if the dust accumulated in you're pc, and when the dust turn as a pile, there's some possibility that it will be an electric conductor, [because accumulated dust will turn to carbon sweat.gif] then, it will be dangerous... laugh.gif

My brother is an electrical engineer, and he's the one who told me this... smile.gif

bro shawty , the dust willt ake along time to turn to carbon lah.. will take at least years and requires extreme pressure, and also a huge amount of dust... lol unless u will let ur case be a dust magnet and let dust build up untill ur entire casing full then u shouldnt be a enthusaist or even a pc user,.... bro sshawtythat wasnt aimed at u, its a gereneral staement, lol..no offence ok...

Yeah, a powerful vacuum cleaner will get the job done, IMHO, more ventilation vents and casing fans, means more dust inside. sweat.gif
