Hi, my tenant recently moved out with outstanding TNB bill Rm10,000, he refused to pay though the bill was under his name.  When I checked with TNB I found that he didn't pay his bill since 2014, I don't understand why TNB didn't take any action. Now I worry that TNB will ask me ( house owner) to settle in order to reconnect power supply, does anyone have any idea.
