Yes, however coming from OPO with 64g, i think its adequate. However, I am thinking of future proof (1-2yrs max) and will be going for 128g preferably the black ceramic one. If cheap enough then i will take the white glass version (which is cheaper but no ceramic currently USD489 at ibuyyou vs USD525 for black).

Experience wise for multitasking i can tell you that MIUI isnt that good...
base on my few device from them during the 2014 and 2015 era...

Mi5, 3gb ram, 32gb internal selling at RM1549.

While Oneplus Two, 4gb ram, 64gb internal selling at RM1599.

Altho oneplus is using the S810 chipset, but I think it's still a very capable one if u don't do high end game much. Good headache for those who wants a dual sim flagship at around 1.5k price.

Go see actual speed test on a few YouTubers test... sorry benchmark doesn't means everything....
N6P with SD810 is faster than Mi5 3GB ram version... cos the stock rom can keep more apps running...
In actual usage Mi5 SD820 doesn't even close to others flagship... it is only comparable with Sony Z5 at speed...

What do you expect (buying the J5). To experience lag free stuff, need to get flagship. Anything below flagship sure lag. That's the reality. That's why I will always get 1 year later flagship (save cost)

Why poor camera? That depends what you peeking at the photo...
Some phone's camera have decent quality also...
I don have any Huawei phone except the Nexus on my hand now... but most of my fren using Honor brand says system is better than Lenovo and Samsung... although some of them might not use flagship Samsung but midrange only...
I'm not trying to suggest any brands but trying to highlight that MIUI isn't that perfect as some ppl claimed... yes @Andrew might sayhaters like me brag about ram management... but have you face waze or Googlemaps being shut off while you received a call and then u do something... then u have to stop there and restart the apps, that is frustrating when you are nearby the area and you need to turn...
That's my experience with my x-MIUI phone and x-Samsung also...
My current Samsung J5 with 1.5G ram means I always have apps restarted... no choice company give use...
for MIUI n TouchWiz I recommend to get 4GB ram...
I do flashing last time but nothing more stable than stock ROMs...

why compare mi5 with mi3? 
u should make noise why redmi note 3 selling 849, also similar price to mi3...

That is pretty TRUE... damn... I miss some control but I still prefer better RAM management and overall less bloatware...
