Xiaomi tend to exaggerate more, they dont have the capacity on hand. Don't talk about colors yet during the sale (only white? wtf), until now the mi5 pro is nowhere near to sell. The black mi5 is really really limited stock, it's out of stock under 30seconds  This caused the scalpers to mushroom up like nobody business. Xiaomi should do open sale, and give us an ETA when our order will complete. At least this will reduce scalpers.

How i wish xiaomi can be like samsung/sony, their worldwide launch is super quick, almost within a month from announcement date. Not sure what's stopping xiaomi from selling more.

The price we pay for a xiaomi is the reason why they dont have enough supply. They skimp on marketing, warehousing and production thats why we get those super low prices.
Actually people cant afford Samsung or Sony is why ppl get a xiaomi, i mean if i could afford the Z5 now i would rather get it then Mi5.
A good example, Mi3 specs SD800 & 2gb ram exactly same as S4 and Nexus 5. From what i see, people with Mi3 and S4 either changed phone or stuck with a laggy phone. Im still using Nexus 5 Android 6.01 and it still runs laps around newer phones and still performs like a new phone. It shows just how heavy Miui and Touchwiz is.

Im also waiting for HTC M10... rumour 5.15" same specs as Mi5 and good camera. Although A9 already 2.1k, Htc price is 

Well i rather that camera bump with amazing pictures than Mi5 flushed camera but so-so pictures.

I don't think Mi5 Pro will ever land here due to extremely scarce.
The best is to get the 3GB RAM 64GB version.

What's the use? You only get 3gb ram with 32gb model.
3gb ram is so 2015 and probably not smooth enough compare to 4gb Mi5 Pro model.

I think I will aim for HTC M10 better. At least more future proof.
