Bought a snow wolf fountain tank today, but something really makes me down. See the tank head above the yellow rubber? It is so loose until i slightly pull it and the whole thing comes up. How to fix thisAttached Image

I watch youtube they review this fountain V2, the cap at top actually very tight, but mine loose. bought today first day, asked the shop dealer and he said its normal for this. Lol....

Btw bro, i tried attempt myself to change cotton. But i think i put a little too less cotton than before. So is it ok to proceed or need to make big cotton. I put before and after photo below. Please help. The one before is got many cotton around.Attached Image Attached Image
