Bought a snow wolf fountain tank today, but something really makes me down. See the tank head above the yellow rubber? It is so loose until i slightly pull it and the whole thing comes up. How to fix this

Any snow wolf user here? I just bought few days ago but there is no temperature shown, only written POWER.
