QUOTE(andyng38 @ Feb 14 2016, 03:39 PM) Torn wrappers? Rewrap your batteries! If you need shrink-wrap fast, altsmo.com sells them, RM2/m. Got mine when I ordered some attys. If u can wait for the slow-boat from China, Fasttech is much cheaper and has pre-cut wrap of various colors. Maybe u can find some in Jln Pasar too, or buy from an electronics repair shop near u if it's very urgent and you have no other spare battery. Cut to 73mm lengths for 18650 batteries, remove old wrapper, pop the insulator back on on the positive, slide on the new wrapper. If you don't have a heat-gun, a candle will do to shrink it. I was leery of using my butane torch and opted for a slower heat source, shrinking the positive end first so the insulator stays in, then moving along the sides to the negative end. Rotate and move the battery while heating to prevent scorching. The scotch-tape's (used to secure the roll) gum residue on the shrink-wrap was not removed before I started heating, resulting in some black residue on one of the batteries. And yes that's my old ash tray from my former smoking days, used as a candle-stand now. |

QUOTE(andyng38 @ Feb 29 2016, 12:55 PM) Err...I'm pretty sure I used the phrase "failed pisang mas extract". Failed...kaput...hangkang...down the drainhole! It was vapable with very good flavor (better than any of the chemical-tasting and scented flavorings out there), but the coil would clog up superfast with banana-scented carbon. Extracts of coffee, tea, star anise, cengkih all ok, and hella lot cheaper than buying flavorings. JHB likuid? And you're absolutely right. Ripe bananas smell like marker pens, and the common chemical responsible for that is ethylene; that's the gas which is produced by fruits to bring on ripening. The riper it gets, the more ethylene there is wafting around it. I started extracting banana cos I hated the very artificial chemical taste of banana flavorings. There is a partially good workaround that problem though but I can only pass it to you tomorrow. Today's my last day mixing for a certain organization, but I'm still honor-bound by a gentleman's agreement to keep quiet about certain things till 1st March. Not long to go! |

QUOTE(andyng38 @ Feb 29 2016, 04:47 PM) Yes in PG. A BRIX meter is very handy ( sidenote: sugar content diff between pisang raja and mas is very large!) for various fruits. Dehydrators are also very good to have...to reduce water content; however it has an adverse effect on the flavor of certain fruits. yela tu .. hahaha!!makmerekahjiau sdn bhd. |

QUOTE(andyng38 @ Mar 2 2016, 03:50 PM) Suggest u try: brewer language .. ayam dizzy TFA Sour, Mango and Pineapple (7%, 4% and 3%) respectively. Add 1.5% sucralose if you want it to be more like a ripe kedondong, and 1% saline to help smooth the flavors. Make a 10ml bottle first and adjust to yr taste. If you can get Lorann's Tart and Sour, no harm experimenting with it in place of TFA's Sour. However be warned: Tart and Sour is malic acid, which can cause flavor muting after a few weeks. TFA's Sour is citric acid, so less risk of muting. Try to get Sour form a seller who has a fresh batch. Citric acid is hygroscopic, so if the seller's bottle has been opened and closed many times, the flavor may have been slightly diluted by atmospheric humidity. inb4 - beli jela hahaha!! |

This is my personnel opinion about this juice ..
1st taste like peanut .. of course it is a cream base juice .. mostly peanut trok-hit? ok maybe ive been vaping local kedekut nicotine juice and make my tekak so manja .. when i vape this .. pecah tekak woo.. i think this juice is 6mg .. but the hit is like 9/12mg .. tested in kayfun style tank .. the throat hit become mild but when tested in subohm tank .. the throat hit is terukk hahaha!! and taste of kacang is more .. overall .. for creamy lover this is a nice daily juice and can skip the strawberry trend now .. hahaha!! dont know the price because they sent to me and to several of LYNVapers for free .. contact in picture ..
