Hi guys, got myself a used Amway eSpring water filter and need to install it. However, found that the ring adapter that comes together with the box doesn't screw nicely with the faucet that i got.

I watch the installation guide video and it seems there's a universal adapter available but it doesn't come together with the box. Anyone experience this problem before? How should i get to install it in this case?

Thanks in advance.

any picture of how does your piping goes?

mine is using a t-connector from the wall, one going to sink tap, another one going to the e-spring. i put mine under the sink. since i already made an eletrical socket point down there earlier.

don't have photo now... i don't have a t-connector from wall, just a simple water tap from the kitchen sink (the inverted hook shape type). The endpoint have rails that i can screw stuff in, but the adapter that comes with the eSpring for some reason cannot fit in...

measure the size of the kitchen tap endpoint there, you can get an adapter for it easily out there, providing it is industry standard size.

Why dont you snap few pics to show your faucet and ur Amway eSpring adapter?

Some /ktards might have experience with this, they can help u better with images
