Hi guys, anyone here from johor (specifically kulai) have connection problem?
I just moved here around the start of season 4 and subscribed to 1mb streamyx (the best available at my location sadly) and got this weird disconnect problem that never happened at my previous home (streamyx too).

Its like a permanent lag that never recover without any error message but the in game chat still works and i would have to leave the game and create a new game. Its not severe at first (manage to complete season 4 journey) but since December 2015 i can never complete a single rift, disconnect every game after a few minutes/seconds.

If no one is having this issue i'm going to submit a complaint to my local tm center. Looks like no more diablo for me.

Just complain and ask for refund during down period

well, my connection is fine since there is no hard disconnect, the problem is only with diablo 3. kind of hard to explain to tm i guess.

i ask him to play asia server...

I've tried all 3 servers (us/eu/asia) all have the same perma lag, connecting to AU1 doesn't help either. I'm guessing it's just in my local area in kulai because i've never had this issue before moving here from jb. Thanks for your info.

Using wifi?
I,m on streamyx 4mb, if using wifi connection will keep dc(me alone using it), if i switch back to old school dial up model, problem solve.
By the way, if you have 4G connection on your mobile, u can use it as wifi hot spot, few hour game play only less than 100mb, and smooth like silk

first time meet goblin pack in S5 then DCed after killed a few .. dem frustrated...

Blizzard never fail us on server overload when new season starts.

2 times DCed this morning within 10 mins.. lucky have enough time to upgrade gems

An update to my issues, after submitting a ticket to blizzard, it was clear the problem was on my end. So i complained to tm about my problem and thankfully got a very knowledgeable operator, today a technician came to check and said my line got an upload issue. He changed my connection port somewhere and now i can play without any disconnect issues. Case closed.

If you are playing America server, have you tried play on non peak hour? I tried playing from 8am - 8pm (MY time) the latency is quite good (below 280ms)

That time most likely Americans are sleeping tho.

Yea still lag during peak hours but that's better than can't play at all
