My developer do not want to pay full LAD for late delivery of house key after OC.

After complaining to Tribunal Tuntutan Pembeli Perumahan (TTPP) also cant help cos they say the new president just joined the Tribunal office and need some time to look over all the cases in sabah as he is the only one working. I paid RM50 for their service filings on the issue. yet no action can be taken.

Anyone has any good experience how to tackle the issue?

this case has been ongoing for 9mths already since OC issued and they dont want to pay full but 50% of the agreed amount.
Seems like they been doing this to other buyers too.

Then why do we pay the tribunal RM50 for? thought they should help us to fight for the LAD rights. Sometimes i find government Tribunal bit inefficient. after 9mths no action or whatsoever yet....

more than RM10k only.. if hire lawyer sure gone my rm10k.. sigh.. why tribunal is not effective since all developers must give a large deposits to tribunal before they start any development. I heard developers will also ask tribunal to help them delay bit paying LAD to new property owners.
