i notice shutdown pc was fast but its a illusion bcause the system fan still spinning for 15 sec after moniter say no signal

hi,would like to know any win10 pro 64bit user having this issue.
every time when shutdown pc from the start menu......the moniter will shitdown and go to no video output....but te pc ,pdu cpu fan still spinning for other 30sec before whole pc shutdown is this normal or not normal |
