So Windows 10 free upgrade ends on July 29th ,so I still thinking on whether to upgrade or not. So I have a few questions .

1: How big is the file ? ( This is crucial due to me having quota usage on my internet plan )

2: Will the upgrade gives u the most updated version of Windows 10?

3: How stable is Windows 10 right now ?

the above are for w10 version 1607. to install, with administrative command prompt:

dism /online /add-package /packagepath:c:\updates\package.cab (replace package.cab with the actual file name)

this is for version 1607 (insider preview), not 1511.

if you installed and run w10 insider preview you should be able to get it from windows updates. i put them here for the convenience of those who don't wanna wait for auto updates.

for what was fixed in this cumulative update please refer to stasio's update above.

Correct. You might get it after the anniversary update if ms decided that 1607 is the final build, and this cumulative update is not merged into it.
