I've been searching for solution to this problem. Can someone tell me why my system information shows that my CPU is 2.3 to 2.3 ? it's supposed to be 3.2Ghz after intel turbo boost.
NO I DONT PIRATE MY WINDOW, i have key but don't want to active yet cuz will change hardware soon. There's considerable amount of lag on reading/writing files, im not sure if there's any correlation with inactive Windows.
