have anyone have problem with cd/dvd device keep on insert disc and automatic eject disc when try to insert it?

I have this problem on one of my 1 year gamming rig that got problem with cd/dvd device. other pc that I have don't have any problem.

I try to search on website it seem I not alone with this problem.

I try to put my cd/dvd device on other pc run fine with windows 10 but when I put it back it just wont work. is like some thing prevent it to run.

nope check the register all ok even driver are install , have reinstall windows also still same. is just that sometime it work but slow/delay in auto play pop up, sometime wont run, sometime detect but with empty disc display, click it will saying please insert a disc. the cd/dvd device remove and put on another pc just work fine quick response detect disc.

all plug in ok with no problem

nope I didn't change any sata cable, all cable was origin come with motherboard.

On what year win10 end service?
