Media Creation Tool downloads 10.0.18362.418 although the filename has 1909. Version 1909 should be build 18363.
Edit: Maybe it'll install 18363.418 although the esd file shows 18362.418 since both 1903 and 1909 share the same ServicePack Build.
Only took 3 minutes to upgrade 1903 to 1909 (18363.476) using Windows Update. So far no problems except need to re-enable Windows Defender tamper protection.

Just completed November feature update. Surprisingly, it was completed pretty quickly, to my surprise, compared to previous feature updates.

Getting Started
|
I got a scrolling problem...
For example int he setting pages, when I try to scroll down, it constantly keep trying to scroll up...
Wonder what the heck is going on. I tried to turn off non important background app and my mouse & keyboard driver, didn't fix that unfortunately...
This problem doesn't appear on other things like browser or file explorer though. Only happens in few places like the Windows setting.

Actually Windows did not totally remove all your old files. It did backup your stuff to a folder called Windows.Old. Browse inside and you should be able to find your User folder and everything in it. Unless most of your data is stored in Downloads folder, there is a very likelihood that it will be cleared out to free up space. If you ran Disk Cleanup in windows 1903 it includes Downloads folder as an option to be cleaned out.
