It should delete itself after 10 days, or you can use disk clean up (click Clean Up System Files, then look for relevant check box) or use CCleaner (look for the Advanced setting under Cleaner about Old Windows Installations).

First thing I do after every update is check and stop the OneDrive syncing. If not mistaken, we can uninstall OneDrive app using CCleaner tools.

I got 1TB OneDrive space with Office 365, using about 36MB of it...

20gb will be the back up of the old installation files

you can remove it manually or wait 10 days for auto-removal

can try download and install manually

should not be necessary

just check first under Settings > Activation that you have a digital entitlement, then Microsoft will remember your hardware

Microsoft already solved the BSOD issue with latest update.

I'm seeing the update to v1709 already...

I was using a W10 Mobile app recently that saved the daily spotlight images. Later, I'll check if it's available for desktop too.

Update: The app is called Dynamic Theme and it's available on desktop.

try these steps

make a folder on the desktop called "pics"

run this PowerShell command

Get-ChildItem -Path $env:localappdata\Packages\Microsoft.Windows.ContentDeliveryManager_cw5n1h2txyewy\LocalState\Assets | Copy-Item -dest {"$home\desktop\pics\" + $_.BaseName + ($i++) + ".jpg" }

then filter out from the rubbish

this works on my win 10 home v1709

you can try other file extension at the end

".png"

".bmp"
