BTW, I am really curious about the tower that builded near my house.
I heard about people talking about the tower is actually a maxis tower.
At this point, I am confused, what kind of maxis tower is that? what is the purpose? Does it bring benefits to us who live in this area?

Maxis tower got only one, which is situated near to KLCC.

Unless if you are talking about telco communication tower, with those rangka besi type..

It does pose threat to you, in case it collapsed suddenly and also pose health concern (I hear some said it is from the radio wave/frequency).

Apartment management wrote a complaint letter to MOE

MOE come back with a lengthy letter explaining that the tower emit no harmful frequency with scientific research

So end up, we resident cannot do anything unless we file it in court

Scientifically humans are not affected by radio towers. Those towers are built in compliance to the required distance from residences.

On the other hand, people like to complain about poor cellular coverage and speed, then complain when telco puts a site visible from their house. Humans are hard to satisfy
