may i know are there any laws to protect the buyer regarding the house built quality?

my house built quality is totally sucks, the ceiling is leaking from day1 and it stil leaks after they fix it.

not to mentioned the walls are techincally senget to one side causing the rooms and bathroom' rectangular shape become kind of trapezoid shape.

is there any way to request for compensate?

Yes. First collect all documents from brochures , S&P, all communication to the developer. Make sure all your complaints are followed up in writing.

Then get in touch with hba.org.my for advice.

Mainly, keep on complaining with no let up. Get other buyers who may have similar issues together and complain en mass.

I had a great time with L&G as well as Paramount.

is the OP already out?
if already take house key and OP out, then they can kep delay you until the warranty finish....
best is dont take the house key, keep ask them repair all until you satisfy...
