Free Lossless Audio Codec (FLAC) files, what program should I use to play them?
Is it possible for me to convert them into MP3 format?
If so, what program should I use?
Thanks smile.gif

still you maybe want to burn that FLAC out or store it because FLAC preserves the next to purest quality other than RAW wav

Yes. Since it's "Lossless" instead of the compressed .mp3

thx for the reply notworthy.gif

so, normally how much MB needed for a .flac file (*the ratio u use to compress)?

example, lets say .mp3 need 5mb and .flac will need how much MB? notworthy.gif

Compression Ratio:

WAV (Original CD Quality) -> MP3 [1:10]
WAV (Original CD Quality) -> APE/FLAC [1:4 | 1:5]

APE compression rate are higher than FLAC.
