I'm using the huawei hg850a. Suddenly all the lights keep blinking and I can't access to internet. I can't call in to my house phone number too. Payment everything alrdy settled last week. Please help expert

call your provider, very likely the power adapter need replace. BTU is lifetime warranty under TM, other providers IDK.

Either power supply or board kaput. Better call TM for replacement.

Omg..dude u goodest. I changed different power adapter and now the light not blinking anymore and seems to turn on like normal but still no internet access. Btw, I'm using the power adapter from different router. Maybe because different power output ?

Ok it is working now..I have to go into technicoloe and connect to the internet. Issue is sopved. Thanks alot guys! U saved my boring lifw without internet!!

i dont know which provider you use but if its under TM then it has lifetime warranty,

power adapter also life time warranty? i guess it juz 3 months warranty for accessories, only the main machine is under full warranty terms.

Yes bro, all lights, even the power light, and no internet connection at all. I still donno is the modem get faulty or actually the power adapter itself get faulty, I hope I change a new power adapter will solve the problem. The modem alrdy like 5-6years old. The computer shops that I went all told me that they din sell adapter only, even modem like this, they din sell, advise me call TM to replace it.

Its the power adapter faulty, when I described what happen to unifi technician, he straight away just give me a new power adapter to replace it, now working already. I think its happens to most people too.

Hi there , also have the same problem ... but all the light POWER , PON and LAN1 lit up except the TEL1 blinking and cannot connect to the internet is it the modem faulty ?

Just experienced the same blinking-lights problem and this handy thread really helped lol

Swapped the adaptor and the modem is working fine again. Saves the trouble of having to wait for a techinican to drop by and replace everything

If your BTU was totally off, no power at all. You still may have chance to make the BTU revive by replace to new power adapter. Last time, I was faced the issue of my BTU suddenly off and I was tried to connect to wifi but can't access to internet.

I go to check my BTU and router. The BTU was powered off and can't power on. I plug to another power socket but still the same results. Finally, I was solved the problem by replacing to another power adapter.

Same my BTU box light been blinking for two days. Once changed the power adaptor all problems solved!! Thanks sifu here
