Well, I'd really prefer more than 4mP tongue.gif
anymore recommendations? I need a camera with about 5MP or more.. with image stablization (or sort of technology).. when hand shake while taking photo won't affect the image one.. Olympus 720 sw is nice.. but more than my budget.

i think those with image stabilization wont goes cheap....
most important is tripod...but if u dun mind noise level.....just tune up ur iso or let it be auto....no need to worry hand shake...

This is one particular idiot inconvenience that is even present even on their DSLRs (I have a E-330). I don't understand why we need a special 'xD' card to do panoramas in-camera.

I bought a Canon A540 for my sis recently for about RM888 + 1GB SD + 1 tripod.
What I like about it is that it has a lot of manual overrides and has upgrade options for external wide and telephoto attachment lenses so that you can be more creative if you want. ISO 800 and a big 2.5" LCD (although coarse resolution) screen.

Don't think Image Stabilisation is magic. With it, you only get OK night and evening shots. You want to get really good ones, you'll still need to rest the camera against something steady or use a tripod.

No need to think. There's no PnS camera that can rival Fuji F31fd. Give me one camera that can rival Fuji F31fd in terms of low light performance and I'll show you cow that can climb trees tongue.gif
