I live in this area (though my taman no PH/ME), I see some of them sometimes (less PH more ME) at the ME restaurants or AEON, I thought they are harmless. Why does your friend feel unsafe? Just curious.

I have seen ME families around Zeva and Aeon and haven't seen any misdoings. It is highly appreciated if users of this forum are giving/making legitimate suggestions/opinion.

Our units were rented local chinese, they likes the place, take care of the unit. Minimal touch ups required, trinity boleh tahan mia. During vp, defect fixing was prompt. Minor minor things oso layan.

Yes, Trinity is quite good in terms of fixing workmanship issue. I bought my unit sub-sale but lucky was still under warranty. The water pipe in the master bedroom toilet leaked badly and water came out of the wall.

The developer hacked the wall and fixed the leak in about 2 weeks. Took 2 days of hacking to find the leak causing multiple holes in the wall. However, they managed to cement and fit back the tiles nicely. You can't differentiate before and after hacking. Good job!

If based on mudah/iproperty/property guru bare unit studio around rm900, fully furnished up to rm1300.

2r2b will be rm1100 bare and rm1400-rm1500 fully furnished.

I think thats quite low due to covid-19. Very hard to find any other condo that opposite to aeon with that kind of rental
