hi, am interested to buy zeva residence for own stay, looks quite good.

but is there any pro & cons that i should know before buying the property here?

1. traffic?
2. the security?

if there is owner around able to give advice, kindly appreciate.

Our units were rented local chinese, they likes the place, take care of the unit. Minimal touch ups required, trinity boleh tahan mia. During vp, defect fixing was prompt. Minor minor things oso layan.

Yes, Trinity is quite good in terms of fixing workmanship issue. I bought my unit sub-sale but lucky was still under warranty. The water pipe in the master bedroom toilet leaked badly and water came out of the wall.

The developer hacked the wall and fixed the leak in about 2 weeks. Took 2 days of hacking to find the leak causing multiple holes in the wall. However, they managed to cement and fit back the tiles nicely. You can't differentiate before and after hacking. Good job!
