Recently there has been alot of govermental support for the sport of paintball. However, i came across this article from paintballunited.com.my regarding the legal issues of actually owning a marker (paintball airgun).

Is it still relevant? Given that paintball fields are sprouting up like mushrooms all over the country.

Bro, the article mentioned "ARM" Means any lethal barreled weapon
paintball marker ain't lethal (you can't kill anyone with a marker) ! as long as you don't tune or modified it ...

i asked my lawyer friend, he said marker currently still "not classified" as firearms
but the law is quite blur on whether an individual can bear a marker ...
