Probably everyone knows this thing but I still have doubt

Lenovo has power management to set start charging and stop charging limit for battery

Does asus has it?

How about other brands?

For non- removable battery if still plug in after fully charge, surely no consequences?

The power management are built in into the battery hardware. Unless you're using non genuine battery, u should not be worried about it

Great question and let me clear that doubt. Most of the latest generation of PC (4th gen and above) comes with power management, which in layman's term means that it stops charging when its full. So don't worry about keeping it plugged in. wink.gif

My Acer aspire v5-573pg always charge even it's 100% and now the built in battery bulged up. I don't know about other brands but I don't recommend it for this model.

Most manufacturers already have a power management to prevent over charging the batteries on their notebooks.
For instance MSI stops charges when it reaches 100% and then lets it drop past a certain percentage before resuming charging again.
