Is your unit FF renovated, my neighbour ask my agent to rent out their condo at bkt jalil RM2.8k. 4 viewing wihin a month and 4 of them rented other units (same condo) and one tenant even willing to pay 3k. Why? - b'cos the renovation SUCKs.
