at tis type of market...u stil tinking of renting out at rm3k...u better rent out de amount tat juz can cover ur monthly loan payment den shud be ok ady...dun ever tinking of wan to make extra money vf de rental amount...if u do so u wil sure loose ur pant...unless u r fucking rich to play around...my advise is u better sell it off la...u cant afford to play vf it...if i am tenant who wan to rent ur unit...de maximum i giv u is rm2k oni...de most oso 2.3k...if ur unit is 3/4 bedrooms...if is a studio or 2 bedrooms...den i am sori for ur price...tis type of bubble market...i wish u gud luck or else ur name wil in bankrupt listing...GUD LUCK 2016
