Hi guys , I'm having a Rancilio Silvia V3 for sale Rm2100 nego .. Item used for one year and the machine is in mint condition ..
This machine is known for "built like a tank" and also for its reliability and quality . A must have for beginner coffee/espresso enthusiast due to its capability and ability..
It has great steam power for decent microfoam and therefore decent latte art .

The portafilter is not pressurised(no shortcut!) and it comes with 58mm basket and copper group head .. This probably is as close as you can get in a commercial like espresso machine .

Scaling and back flush done periodically therefore no worries on the machine performance ..

Willing to do COD within Klang valley area and pls whatapps me 0122956694 Ben for further details .. Have a nice day guys !

I'm upgrading smile.gif nevertheless this machine pulls great shot and quality microfoam. To me R58 is the best value for money in terms of cup quality in e61, double boiler, semi commercial machines.. It has all the bells and whistles

Coffex charges more obviously...but surprisingly for the speedster, was quite "reasonable" at the time.

Coffex is selling Slayer 1 group for RM58,000 standard version v3 .

There's a seller here in lyn who brings in Italian's coffee machine. I saw Gaggia Classic is at the price of RM2200. I don't know what's the market price for this but to me 2200 is a good buy. I'm just worried that if my machine break down, I don't know if there's anyone who can fix it or if it's hard to source parts to mod/ to fix. Btw what do you think of the Classic? Heard there's the old version and a 2015 version. Each has its pros and cons. Really dilemma  sweat.gif
p/s here's link to the seller if you're interested.

I've seen mods on replacing Gaggia Classic's steam wand with Rancillio Silvia's steam wand but idk if it's good for the machine.. Plan to do that too  sweat.gif
*
Assuming you are milk based drinker moding the steam wand is a good idea. However for the time and money to carry out the Mod, may as well go straight for a Rancilio Silvia and you are good to go.Not to forget it affects the warranty coverage .
Rancilio it self has bigger boiler and more powerful steam (compared to Gaggia).

Guys,

which better

1. Bezzera BZ16
2. R58 (PID)
*
Bezzera BZ16 suitable for small commercial setting due to its volumetroc control. BZ series are made for commercial .It comes with vibration and rotary pump version,no external water tank.
R58 interms of look better. Purely manual operation.Need to control brew dose by volume/weight. Water tank or direct plumb in option .

Go for Eureka Mignon..Solid built, one of the best selling entry model for proper home grinder. 50mm flar burr and should last you easily 2 years without changing burrs in home environment.

Hi Guys,

Why settle with Welhome, Breville where espresso machines like Nuova Simonelli Oscar 2 still offers better value vs performance than these home appliance grade machine right??
